MMA boxing is different than normal boxing since you cant leave your lead leg up front the same way you do in traditional boxing unless you want to eat alot of leg kicks and take downs…..also alot of weaving and bobing is a good way to duck into a knee or a kick in mma.
striking is a generalized term which means contact with 8 points of the body (2 fist,2 elbows,2 legs,2,knees)
