I bought this AZ5610 a week ago. It really is a nightmare! There is a problem and calls on Acer eRecovery Management: NAPP_KM: NAPP7. EXE Application ErrorDie exception unknown software exception (0xc000000d) occurred in the application at location 2 times and 1 time 0×10054162.Ersetzt by dealers of Acer itself, problem still appeared. I guess the software package from Acer is inferior (incompatible) . Can anyone help me on this?

@ Themightybarbour erm, you need to change the brightness via the control panel. manual setting. = P
What you could say, each is that there is no brightness on the machine, how to change the brightness controls? This is getting really annoying.

Acer Aspire Z5610 is great! I bought it like 2 weeks ago. He fell from my desk on the screen, and I thought omg it does not work but what you think! It is not only working as it was before but there are no scratches, whatever! I love this PC. Best purchase ever: D

yes, I have tis PC and its brilliant uptade graphics and touch screen. You can not turn off the screen by pressing a button, but once the dislpay disable aftter i minutes no activity
u will be able to turn off the display while the PC is running?
